Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within two (2) business days of receipt. Standard delivery requires three (3) to seven (7) business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery timeframes commence upon shipment of your package and receipt of your tracking number. Tracking information will be provided via email following shipment and will become active within 24 to 48 hours.

Complimentary shipping is provided for orders exceeding $50. 

Please be advised that additional charges may be incurred for shipments that are redirected or returned due to address errors or changes.

Sample orders are shipped at no charge via standard mail with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please note that additional charges may apply for shipments that are redirected or returned due to address errors or modifications.

Return and Exchange Policy

Online Purchases: Products may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of delivery, with the exception of items from the Last Chance category, which are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange*. All refunds and exchanges require a mandatory return authorization number, which must be obtained from a Luxe Wall Decor representative prior to returning merchandise. To obtain your return authorization number (valid for 30 days):

  • Returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging and in undamaged condition.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and valid authorization number. Returns of used or damaged products will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees will only be reimbursed for products confirmed as defective by Luxe Wall Decor upon inspection.
  • All returned products will undergo inspection upon receipt.
  • Refund amounts will be calculated based on the original purchase price.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method upon receipt of proof of return and a valid tracking number.
